The terms and conditions of the year 2000 stock option scheme were published in a stock exchange release on 10 April 2000. The amendment to the terms and conditions approved by the 2005 Annual General Meeting was published in a stock exchange release on 30 March 2005. The terms and conditions of the year 2003 stock option scheme were published in a stock exchange release on 31 March 2003.
