RMSG Showcases Interoperable Mobile Messaging at the International Association of Emergency Management Annual Conference

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Nov. 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Roaming Messenger(r), Inc. (OTCBB:RMSG) today announced that it is co-sponsoring the Interoperability Pavilion with COMCARE Emergency Response Alliance at the IAEM (International Association of Emergency Management) Annual Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, November 12 through November 16. The Interoperability Pavilion brings multiple emergency management systems together to demonstrate the progress that has been made in cross-disciplinary, cross-jurisdictional information sharing.

Roaming Messenger, provider of a breakthrough mobile messaging platform that enables secure, rich interactive messaging, will demonstrate the Roaming Messenger Platform at the Interoperability Pavilion. The Roaming Messenger Platform will act as the central mobile messaging gateway for various systems in the Interoperability Pavilion. Throughout the conference, Roaming Messenger will be delivering real-time messages generated by emergency management systems in the pavilion to users on wired and wireless devices on the show floor.

"We are excited that Roaming Messenger has joined us in sponsoring the Interoperability Pavilion," said David Aylward, Director of COMCARE. "In addition to their support as a sponsor, they are supporting us with their technology. As we all know, in real-life emergencies, the ability to deliver data securely across jurisdictions to emergency responders in the field is vital. This demonstration will be a concrete display of how interoperability can be extended to the mobile world to accomplish this critical function."

"Roaming Messenger has been designed from the beginning for security and interoperability, said Jon Lei, CEO of Roaming Messenger; "the two essential requirements in the emergency responder community. We are proud to co-sponsor the Interoperability Pavilion with COMCARE, and are pleased to demonstrate to the entire industry how our smart messaging technology can make emergency management systems more effective and more responsive!"
