Michael Briglia has been named vice president of commercial banking, John F. Dziekan has been named vice president of commercial banking and Carl Osberg will serve as a small business relationship manager. Briglia will operate from the mid-Atlantic regional headquarters in Tyson's Corner while Dziekan and Osberg will be based out of the First Horizon Home Loans corporate office on Monument Drive in Fairfax.
