A total of 75,627,117 shares of common stock will be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange of which 56,963,538 shares will be available for trading at the commencement of trading on March 21, 2006 and 18,663,579 shares are reserved for issue.
Trading of the Company's shares of common stock on the TSX Venture Exchange ceased as of the close of trading on March 20, 2006 and were de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange at the market opening of the Toronto Stock Exchange on March 21, 2006.
