ISO is a worldwide federation of national standards adopted by 154 countries and has become an international reference for quality management requirements. The achievement of ISO 9001 certification is an important milestone for Markland as it begins to produce surveillance and sensing products which it has just recently received licensing rights.
Markland has produced and shipped initial low-volume quantities of three unique products to its subsidiary Technest Holdings Inc. in the recent months which have adhered to the ISO 9001 process:
