Sponda purchases logistics properties for EUR 16.4 million


Real estate investment company Sponda Plc is purchasing four logistics properties from Raskone Oy, a vehicle and heavy machinery service company, for EUR 16.4 million. The properties are located in Vantaa at Toinen Savu 8 (leasable area 5,500m²), in Oulu at Moreenikuja 2 (6,400 m² and building rights 15,000 m²), in Kuusankoski at Savontalontie 8 (7,500 m²) and in Mikkeli at Insinöörintie (1,500 m²). All these sites are fully leased and the average duration of the lease contracts is 10 years. The transaction also includes an undeveloped site in Vantaa with building rights totalling around 15,000 m².
