Philly Chick Pictures is a Los Angeles-based, independent film company created by Brooke Lewis to develop and produce short films, feature films and television pilots. Lewis' goal as a filmmaker is to create projects that contribute to a greater cause and involve the cast and crew to contribute toward this larger purpose.

Philly Chick's current project, Wake (starring Eric Etebari of Witchblade; 2 Fast 2 Furious and David Chokachi of Baywatch; Beyond The Break), revolves around suicide and the circle of friends and family affected by such tragedy.

As the production company researched the story of Wake, they were introduced to many organizations and volunteers dedicated to suicide prevention, education and awareness. These committed people inspired Lewis and her cast and crew to create a fundraising event to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
