The Board of Directors and the Executive Board wish Michael Hedegaard Lyng the best of luck with his new challenges.
Michael Hedegaard Lyng will continue in his present position for a transition period and resign no later than 30 April 2007.
In consequence of the above changes, Tom Wrensted (41) is appointed Finance Director of the Group. Tom Wrensted has many years of experience from large international companies and since 2004 he has been Finance Director of Hartmann North America. He will move back to Denmark in the beginning of 2007.
