Ton Stuifzand was appointed as a member of the Executive Board in 2003. In September 2004, following the summons by the Public Prosecution Service in connection with the building industry investigation, he decided to stand down from the board for the duration of the case.
The Executive Board will assume the responsibilities of the Director of Heijmans International. The three-member Executive Board which came into existence in September 2004 will continue for the time being.
