Tower Financial Corporation Declares First Quarter Cash Dividend of $0.044 Per Share, Up 10 Percent


FORT WAYNE, Ind., Jan. 17, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Tower Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:TOFC) announced today that its board of directors has declared a first quarter cash dividend of $0.044 per share on the Corporation's common stock. This represents a ten percent increase above the $0.04 per share paid in the fourth quarter of 2006. The dividend is payable on February 16, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 1, 2007.
