Danisco, issue as a consequence of utilization of warrants with effect from 2 February 2007

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 1,200 new shares of a nominal DKK 20 to listing in the ISIN code DK0010207497 with effect from 2 February 2007.

The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
