Under this agreement, Express Notary will be the exclusive agent providing notary and real estate closing documentation services for The Firm Loans.
During March 2007 alone, Express Notary anticipates fulfilling documentation services for over 100 real estate closings under this agreement. This volume of closings is expected to generate a minimum of $240,000 in annual revenues. Management expects monthly closings to climb to as many as 300 per month over the next several months, which would substantially add to revenues on an annualized basis.
