TV4 has on a board meeting on February 13th, 2007, decided to apply for delisting of the company’s shares. The current rules of First North state that a listed company will be placed on the observation segment if the company has decided to apply for delisting of its shares.
With reference to what is stated above, the shares in TV4 AB (ISIN code SE0000233082 and order book ID 30573) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Friday February 23rd, 2007.
