Roskilde Bank takes over the SEB City Branch at Landemærket 8, Copenhagen

As part of its growth strategy in Zealand, Roskilde Bank has made an agreement
with SEB to take over the SEB City Branch. Hereby, Roskilde Bank acquires an
attractive, centrally located branch in Copenhagen. 

Roskilde Bank acquires the premises of about 1,000 square metres, the staff of
twelve, and more than 11,000 customers with a total business volume of about
DKK1 billion at this point in time - mainly in deposits and deposited assets. 

The takeover is subject to the approval of the Financial Supervisory Authority,
and will be effected as soon as the technical conversion of the accounts is in
place. 

The takeover is not expected to have any effect on the expected core earnings
in 2007. 

With this acquisition, Roskilde Bank will have 97,000 customers served by 24
branches on Zealand and in Copenhagen.
