On March 16, 2007, AS Linnaehitus, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AS Eesti Ehitus and Rakvere Ärikeskus OÜ signed an agreement for AS Linnaehitus to perform the construction works of Rakvere shopping center. Price of the contract is EEK 104 950 000 (EUR 6 707 528) excluding VAT and works are to be completed in Novenber 2007.
