Bonds of DnB NORD Bankas AB will be admitted to the Debt Securities List of the VSE

Decision of VSE board (19-03-2007, Minutes No.12)

1.To include these securities into the Debt Securities List of the Vilnius
Stock Exchange on 27-03-2007. 
2. To note that the Exchange trading system will calculate the price of these
debt securities for 365 days, starting the calculation of interest as of
07-02-2007 and ending it on the redemption day of these securities, which is on
07-02-2008, i.e. without taking into account the period of 2 days, because when
calculating the price of debt securities with coupons, the Exchange trading
system uses the method for the calculation of days, which takes the actual
number of days in a month and in a year. 
We also call your attention to the fact that the Basic securities issue
prospectus and the Final conditions submitted by the bank specify that the
maturity of these securities is 367 days, the interest is to be calculated on
05-02-2007 and paid for 367 days together with the bonds redemption.
