DPA further explains growth strategy

Amsterdam, March 20, 2007

During the annual meeting of shareholders, DPA provided more detailed information with respect to their strategy for growth. DPA view growth as an important element in preserving their strong position in a consolidating market for financial and IT secondment. In addition to organic growth, if the right opportunities present themselves, acquisitions are an option within the main fields of expertise: Finance, IT, and Procurement & Logistics. Growth in terms of quality improvement will remain the strategic goal in order to preserve their position among the market leaders.

DPA will investigate the presenting options critically and with a clear focus, mainly on companies the business model and size of which would facilitate rapid integration and a contribution to profits. A good example of this targeted approach is the recent acquisition of Geos IT Professionals.

In every individual situation, the best possible construction to finance an acquisition will be studied. Loan capital financing, as far as justified given the balance sheet ratios, and/or the issue of new shares are realistic options in this respect.

Further to facilitate organic growth, an extensive television and radio media campaign will be launched on March 22 next. This campaign will predominantly target the labour market, while at the same time launching their new logo.
