Anoto Group AB and Dai Nippon Printing finalize license agreement worth € 3,5
million (SEK 32 million)

Anoto and Dai Nippon Printing (DNP) have finalized the previously announced
license order for next generation interactive solutions in Japan. The total
value of the order amounts to € 7 million in license fee of which Anoto received
€ 3,5 million already in 2005.

On signing Anoto will receive € 2 million and the remaining € 1,5 million will
be paid in two instalments based on achieved deliverables. When the sales of
products and services for the next generation solutions starts, Anoto will
additionally receive royalty on net sales.

The order will be recognised as revenue based on the degree of completion of a
related development project and approximately € 1,4 million (SEK 13 million)
will be recognized as revenue in Q1 2007.

Under the contract, DNP will together with Anoto be driving next generation
solution development in Japan. Initially DNP will use Anoto's technology to
develop and enhance their existing forms business. In the long run these systems
for interactive solutions will open up new possibilities and user-scenarios.

“Anoto is very satisfied to have finalized the second part of the previously
announced agreement with DNP in Japan. This strengthens our cooperation within
Forms Solutions while we continue to develop the next generation interactive
solutions covered by the agreement,” says Anders Norling, CEO, Anoto Group AB.
