Anoto Group AB and Dai Nippon Printing finalize license agreement worth € 3,5 million (SEK 32 million) Anoto and Dai Nippon Printing (DNP) have finalized the previously announced license order for next generation interactive solutions in Japan. The total value of the order amounts to € 7 million in license fee of which Anoto received € 3,5 million already in 2005. On signing Anoto will receive € 2 million and the remaining € 1,5 million will be paid in two instalments based on achieved deliverables. When the sales of products and services for the next generation solutions starts, Anoto will additionally receive royalty on net sales. The order will be recognised as revenue based on the degree of completion of a related development project and approximately € 1,4 million (SEK 13 million) will be recognized as revenue in Q1 2007. Under the contract, DNP will together with Anoto be driving next generation solution development in Japan. Initially DNP will use Anoto's technology to develop and enhance their existing forms business.
