Riga Stock Exchange Management Board on its meeting of April 11, 2007, issued a warning to AS “Tosmares kuģubūvētava” for the failure to disclose information to the Stock exchange in a timely manner. On April 24 will take place annual general meeting of shareholders of “Tosmares kuģubūvēta”. RSE until April 11, 2007 did not receive resolutions of the company's annual general meeting of shareholders. Pursuant to Article 26.2.2. of the RSE listing and disclosure rules, the listed company has to disclose information about the resolutions of general meeting of shareholders at the latest 2 weeks before the general meeting of shareholders.
