Concerning terms of acquisition of shares for shareholder's participation in new issue of shares

With present JSC „Olainfarm” is willing to clarify previously supplied
information  concerning notification of date by which it is possible to acquire
shares in order for the shareholder to be included in the full list of
shareholders which is going to be used for determination of priority rights in
the announced new issue of 4 millions of bearer's shares. 
	As it has been notified before, the full list is going to be prepared on
situation of April 26th, 2007. April 20th, 2007, is the last trading day when
shares acquired by deals through Auto match transactions will be included in
the list of shareholders to be prepared on April 26th, 2007.
