Mr Flemming Mortensen, employee representative on the Board of RTX Telecom, is
resigning his post at RTX Telecom to seek new challenges.
As of today, Finance Controller Else Baldvinsson Larsen, who is replacing Mr
Mortensen, will take over as employee representative on the Supervisory Board
of RTX Telecom.
