MG Baltic group announcement regarding ORS of Stumbras AB submitted to Vilnius Stock Exchange

Today, 04.05.2007,  UAB Mineraliniai vandenys (MV), an asociated company of MG
Baltic Group, sold 789 474 ORS or 1,97% of AB Stumbras to UAB „DK
Investicijos“,  a company registered in Lithuania. The total value of
transaction was LTL 6 million. After transaction mentioned above, MV owns 94 %
of AB Stumbras.
