Changes in the membership of the Supervisory Council of AS Latvijas balzams

We hereby inform that annual shareholder's meeting of AS Latvijas balzams which
took place at 28.04.2007 has accepted new Supervisory Council composition.
Compared to the previous Council membership Mr.Brian Andrew Dublin has become
Council member. During the last 3 years he was finance director of Eldorado
Company (retail chain of electronics operating in Eastern Europe)and finance
director and Board member of Svyaznoy (mobile communications retail company in
Russia). Currently he holds a finance director position of SPI Group SA.
