AS SUPREMA SECURITIES HAS EXERCISED THE OVER-ALLOTMENT OPTION AS Suprema Securities, the global coordinator of the public offering of the shares of AS Ekspress Grupp, hereby announces that it has today given OÜ HHL Rühm notice to exercise the over-allotment option in respect of 798 222 shares of AS Ekspress Grupp. Including the exercise of the over-allotment option, the total size of the offering is 6 119 703 shares. The share of AS Ekspress Grupp has traded above the offer price (i.e EEK 92.30) since its first day of trading on Tallinn Stock Exchange.
