Exchange Notice, May 15, 2007

Reminder: The Nordic Exchange in Copenhagen ceases to impose trading halts in
connection with publication of possibly price-sensitive company announcements

This is a reminder, that as of June 1, 2007, the Copenhagen Stock Exchange will
cease to initiate trading halts when the listed companies issue announcements
containing possibly price-sensitive information. The new practice is a result of
the implementation of the EU Transparency Directive into Danish law.

For further information please read the press release as of 13th March 2007.

The change in practice will also apply when companies on First North are issuing
announcements.

The Nordic Exchange Copenhagen may, in special cases, decide to halt trading in
one or more Instruments.
