The fixed-term employment contract made with Enno Heinla, member of the management board of Kristiine Kasiino AS which was acquired by Olympic Entertainment Group, will expire today, May 31st. The parties have agreed not to extend the employment contract. Enno Heinla was employed by Kristiine Kasiino over 10 years as casino manager, chief executive officer and chairman of the management board. Olympic Entertainment Group disclosed information about signing the agreement to acquire Kristiine Kasiino AS on March 1st, 2007. The transaction was concluded on April 9th 2007. Comment of Enno Heinla: "My role in the merger of Kristiine Kasiino and Olympic Casino was mainly in ensuring that the process went smoothly. I considered it my obligation to participate in the merger of Kristiine Kasiino and Olympic Casino, a process that has been almost completed by now. Since new possible career opportunities in OEG were related to foreign markets which did not fit my plans I decided to pull out of the casino business. In addition, ten years is a sufficiently long time to meet new challenges. I have not yet had time to think about new job and my first plan is to enjoy beautiful Estonian summer."
