(Pink Sheets:SNYL) announced today that it was granted permits by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China to formally convert Heibei's World Friendship Hospital into Sunnylife Global's second Sino-U.S. joint-ventured hospital.
The Heibei World Friendship Hospital currently operates as a for-profit general hospital, has 400 beds, and comprises 32 medical specialists. The term of the joint venture project is 20 years.
