Cambridge Leadership Associates Announces Executive Team Restructuring


CAMBRIDGE, MA--(Marketwire - June 25, 2007) - Cambridge Leadership Associates (CLA), a leading provider of leadership consulting services, announced today the restructuring of its executive team.

Alexander Grashow and Jeffrey Lawrence McEwen join Managing Director Elizabeth Nill as members of the Executive Committee. Grashow serves as the managing director of the consulting practice; McEwen is a principal of the firm.

Alexander Grashow joined CLA in 2004 and is responsible for overseeing the firm's consulting services content and delivery. He is currently co-authoring the next book on the Adaptive Leadership™ framework along with Marty Linsky and Dr. Ronald Heifetz, founders of CLA. Grashow's experience includes running an international leadership program that was delivered on four continents. Jeffrey Lawrence McEwen joined CLA in 2005 as a senior associate and is primarily responsible for delivery of services to clients. McEwen's business experience includes senior positions in large corporations as well as consulting and coaching to entrepreneurs.

Nill also announced the initiation of a search for a managing director to replace herself. Nill will continue in her role as a member of the Board of Directors.
