LAROX INTENDS TO TERMINATE FILTER ASSEMBLY OPERATIONS IN THE NETHERLANDS Larox Group intends to terminate the filter assembly functions in its wholly owned subsidiary Larox B.V. in Utrecht, The Netherlands by the end of 2007. In future, Larox B.V. will buy the filter assembly earlier made in Utrecht from sub-contractor workshops specialized in manufacturing and assembly. This action aims at developing the profitability and competitiveness of the filters and improving the efficiency and flexibility of the Utrecht unit. The re-organization is expected to reduce fixed labour by approximately 10 persons. Personnel arrangements will be carried out through employment terminations, pension and other arrangements. This arrangement is estimated to cause a one-time cost of approx. 0.8 million euros, which will be realized during the current year. The aim of the arrangement and its estimated improvement in the Larox B.V.'s annual financial result will be approximately 0.4 million euros starting from the financial year 2008. Larox B.V. has started negotiations with the personnel representatives. The result of the negotiations will be published when available.
