(OTCBB:WEGY), a company focused on energy conservation technologies and environmental sustainability, announces today that it has signed a Letter of Intent with World Wide Home Supply (WWHS) for the sale and distribution of the Company's energy efficient products into Asia.
The agreement calls for WWHS to distribute World Energy Solutions' advanced technologies in lighting and motor controllers, and surge protection to several Asian countries including Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. World Energy will begin adding further manufacturing capacity in anticipation of this expansion in sales and distribution.
