Europe's leading agricultural ventilation system providers

Munters has entered into an agreement to acquire Danish Turbovent Agro A/S and
Turbovent Environment A/S. The company holds a leading position in Northern
Europe for ventilation and air cleaning solutions for farming, complementing

Located in Aars, Denmark, Turbovent primarily manufactures ventilation equipment
for poultry, swine and dairy farms in Scandinavia, Germany and Eastern Europe.
Turbovent is also in the forefront of air cleaning and odor removal solutions
for the agricultural industry. The company employs approximately 45 people, and

strengthens its position as one of the leading suppliers of climate control
solutions for the Agricultural and Horticultural industries. "Turbovent provides a nice fit with our AgHort Business Area," says Per
Segerström, President, HumiCool Division. "This expansion aligns with our
strategy as a leader in energy-efficient climate control solutions for our
agricultural and horticultural customers. The acquisition broadens our product
range and geographical coverage as well as provides equipment suited for
northern climates, significantly increasing our sales potential." Per concludes.
In addition to its strong position in ventilation systems, Turbovent has
developed a product range, which is targeted at reducing odor, ammonia and dust
emissions from farming.

Munters has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Turbovent
Agro A/S and Turbovent Environment A/S for DKK 65.5 million in cash. The impact
on Munters' consolidated earnings per share is anticipated to be positive in
2007.

The completion of the acquisition which is expected to take place in July 2007,
