Pursuant to Pöyry Plc's stock option programme 2004, 24 800 new shares of the company have been subscribed on June 12, 2007 with stock options 2004A. The share subscription and the consequential increase of the company's registered share capital will be handled at the Board Meeting of the company on July 25, 2007. According to the terms and conditions of stock options 2004, the subscribed new shares entitle to dividend and other shareholders' rights as of the date of registration of the share capital increase into the Trade Register.
The subscription period for stock options 2004A started on March 1, 2007 and will end on March 31, 2010. A total of 24 800 shares have been subscribed with the stock options 2004A by June 29, 2007.
