The Management Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange reviewed the application by PTA Grupp AS, for the exempt from the obligation to deliver the merger prospectus in conjunction with the merger of PTA Grupp AS and AS Silvano Fashion Group. Present AS Silvano Fashion Group ends and the new name of PTA Grupp AS will be AS Silvano Fashion Group. New subsidiary will separate from PTA Grupp AS and take over the business activity of development and AS Klementi. On June 28, 2007 the Management Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange decided to exempt PTA Grupp AS from the obligation to deliver the merger prospectus as the merger of PTA Grupp AS and AS Silvano Fashion Group does not have a significant effect on the price of the listed shares of PTA Grupp AS.
