Additional “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” shares to be listed on the RSE

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of June 29, 2007
to list on the Baltic Secondary List, starting with July 3, 2007, additional AS
„Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” shares. 

Starting with July 3, 2007 on the Baltic Secondary List will be listed
additional 6 994 852 AS “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” shares.
Additional shares give rights on dividends and receipt of liquidation quota,
and also rights to vote in shareholders' meeting. 

Additional “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” shares will be traded on
the Baltic Secondary List under ISIN code  LV0000101061 which is assigned for
already in RSE listed “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” shares. Trading
code for “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” is LOK1R. SAXESS order book
technical ID is 39600. 


After additional share listing on the RSE Secondary List there will be total
number of all 8 294 219 “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” shares listed
on RSE.

listed on the Baltic Secondary List.
