The project is to be built by a 2/3 Heijmans - 1/3 Ballast Nedam consortium. The two blocks will be situated on a square that forms the roof of the parking garage. The lower block will be from eight to twelve storeys high, and the other block will have a maximum of 21 storeys. Within the complex space has also been reserved for restaurant/cafe facilities, services and commercial purposes. Each owner-occupied apartment includes an underground parking space.
The site is on the corner of Prof. Cobbenhagenlaan, Conservatoriumlaan and Prof. Verbernelaan. This is within walking distance of the university and Tilburg West station, which makes it ideally situated for student accommodation. The student rental units will be leased by WonenBreburg and consist of one-room and two-room apartments. The owner-occupied apartments in the other block will vary in floor area from 55 m2 to 115 m2, with an emphasis on medium-sized apartments of around 87 m2. The apartments will have a French balcony, a balcony or a winter garden. The apartments will all be equipped with underfloor heating as standard.
