As a result of the completed tender offer on Codan A/S (DK0010288638) the share will be deleted from the Copenhagen Benchmark indexes as well as the sector and Copenhagen All-share indexes according to “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges' All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices, rule 5.8, effective from July 4 , 2007. Last day for inclusion in the indexes will be July 3, 2007.
