Notification from Major Shareholder (section 29)
Pursuant to section 29 we hereby submit a notification regarding our
shareholding in United Plantations Africa Limited.
United Citrus Investements Limited has acquired 940,207 shares in United
Plantations Africa Limited as at 4th July 2007 and has thereby increased its
shareholdings in the company to 16,829,182 shares.
United Citrus Investements Limited hereby has 82.0% of United Plantations
Africa Limited's issued share capital and voting rights.
