On 3 July 2007 City Service AB subsidiary Sinsta UAB has signed a share purchase - sale agreement under which shall be acquired 100 % shares of Namų Priežiūros Centras UAB, company code 125596783. The shares shall be acquired within five workdays from the day of signing the agreement if approvals and guarantees provided by the seller shall prove to be correct during the proceeding of due diligence. Namų Priežiūros Centras UAB owns 100 % share stock of Pašilaita UAB, company code 121474935. As of today, City Service AB controls the largest facility management companies group in the Baltic States. The Group consists of 16 companies in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The area of buildings maintained by the City Service now totals to 8.8 million square meters.
