Stock Exchange statement on amendments to the Articles of Association of Jyske Bank A/S

Subsequent to the stock-exchange statement of 28 August 2007 on the execution
of a capital reduction in Jyske Bank, the capital reduction has now been
registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency (Erhvervs- og
Selskabsstyrelsen). Consequently, amendments have been made to Arts 2 and 4 (2)
of Jyske Bank's Articles of Association.
