The scholarships, all separately funded by the Harsco Corporation Fund charitable giving arm, are worth as much as $3,500 per year per student.

This year's Harsco scholarship winners represent nine different countries from throughout Harsco's global operations, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Malaysia, Serbia, Slovakia, the United Kingdom and the United States. The winners, six in the U.S. and 15 internationally, were evaluated and selected by independent advisors based on each student's superior academic achievement, demonstrated leadership, volunteer community involvement, and personal character.
