BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - October 16, 2007) - .406 Ventures, a leading venture capital firm
that invests in early stage Information Technology and services companies,
today announced that Greg Dracon has joined the firm as a Principal.
Greg brings 13 years of venture investing and operating experience in
technology companies to .406 Ventures. Prior to joining .406, Greg was a
Vice President of Core Capital Partners, a venture capital firm investing
in early stage venture and small to mid-sized growth technology companies.
At Core Capital, Greg focused on technology infrastructure,
technology-enabled services, software, security, wireless and digital media
investments. From 1995 to 2005, Greg held various operating roles at Texas
Instruments, including positions in business development and technical
sales management. At .406, Greg will support the team in all aspects of the
investment cycle.
