Kemira GrowHow Oyj has today signed an agreement to sell 100 % of the shares of Verdera Oy to the Canadian Lallemand Group. The closing of the agreement is expected to take place during the first quarter of 2008. Verdera Oy produces biological plant protection products for forestry, horticulture and amenity needs. Verdera's turnover was approximately two million euros in 2006 and the company has 13 employees.
