Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas Announces Board of Director Election Results


DALLAS, Nov. 21, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) announced the election of James Clayton, John (Bo) Stahler, and R. Glenn Wertheim as Directors of the Bank. James Clayton and Bo Stahler currently serve on the Bank's Board and were re-elected. All three directors will serve three-year terms commencing January 1, 2008.

Mr. Clayton serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Planters Bank and Trust in Indianola, Mississippi. Mr. Stahler serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of American National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas. Mr. Wertheim serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Charter Bank in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
