BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - December 4, 2007) - .406 Ventures, a leading venture capital firm

today announced that Graham Brooks has joined the firm as an Associate.
Graham brings 7 years of operating experience in technology companies to
.406 Ventures. Graham joins .406 from Bose Corporation, where he served as
Business Development Manager for the New Product Planning Group and, prior
to that, he was a Market Development Specialist in Bose's New Ventures
Group. Prior to Bose, Graham co-founded Accentus, a software company that
used auditory cues to increase efficiency for financial trading and systems
management. Graham began his career as a Programmer and Consultant at ALK
Associates, a transportation consulting and software solutions provider.
At .406, Graham will support the team in all aspects of the investment
cycle.

Graham received his MBA with Distinction from the Tuck School of Business
