January 2008: Jan Erik Angelsen, Executive Vice President - Business Development of Aker Seafoods ASA, has today purchased 2,000 shares in Aker Seafoods ASA from Gunnar Aasbø, CFO of Aker Seafoods ASA. The shares are purchased at a price of NOK 37.96 per share. Jan Erik Angelsen has purchased the shares through the company Radin AS. His new total shareholdings are 2,600 shares, privately and through Radin AS. Gunnar Aasbø has sold his shares through Mobilmote AS. His total shareholdings are 17,600 shares.
