Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 22, 2008, UBS AG hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 26 para. 1
sentence 2 of the WpHG that its own voting rights as at May 16, 2008 (date
of first admission of the shares) amounted to 144'444'050.  This represents
6.65% of the overall voting rights in UBS AG.  Pursuant to Section 22 para.
1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, 1.58% of the before mentioned voting rights
(34'243'325 voting rights) are attributed to subsidiaries of UBS AG.
