Your Family Entertainment AG (YFE), producer and trader in licences for
high-quality TV entertainment programmes for the whole family with one of
the largest libraries of programmes in Europe and operator of its own
pay-TV channel, has now acquired a 3% stake in Loonland AG of
Unterföhring/München.

According to information supplied by TV-Loonland, it is a brand management
company operating in the childrens and young peoples market segment. In
addition to programmes developed and produced internally and to co-produced
programmes, the company also owns such successful brands as LITTLE
PRINCESS, THE OWL and PETTERSSON AND FINDUS.

'We believe that following its successful reorganisation TV-Loonland is an
interesting investment. Childrens and young peoples programmes such as
those offered by TV-Loonland are in our opinion currently under-valued in
Germany. This has been established by an appraisal of the value of our
programme library carried out by well-known international institute,'
according to Dr Stefan Piëch, YFEs CEO.

According to the compulsory announcement issued yesterday by YFE in
accordance with §21 of the German Securities Trading Law (WpHG), YFE owns
3.0393% of the voting rights corresponding to 385,000 shares and the same
number of voting shares in TV-Loonland AG.
