availability of Sage MAS 90 and 200 ERP 4.3, the latest versions of the
company's award-winning flagship ERP solutions. Small and mid-sized
business (SMB) owners have enjoyed the value of automating and streamlining
business processes with Sage MAS 90 and 200 for more than 20 years. Version
4.3 provides even greater value for businesses with new paperless office
capabilities, enhanced business intelligence functionality, plus other
features that help users not only save the environment, but also save
money.

The new Sage MAS 90 and 200 paperless office features provide users with
document imaging and storage, email and e-fax capabilities to dramatically
cut paper consumption. Users also are able to quickly and easily find
files, view reports and forms, and print only pages needed for specific
tasks. Emailing and e-faxing eliminate wasted paper, toner and postage
costs when invoicing customers, communicating to employees or vendors, and
sending promotional materials to prospects and customers.
Enhanced Business Intelligence and New Dashboard
Business Insights Explorer (BIE) provides comprehensive business
intelligence, plus workflow and reporting tools that enable users to
quickly drill down and get specific data on customers, purchasing trends,
operational issues and more. BIE includes 75 predesigned views, plus
numerous customization options to help users analyze business operations
and create on-the-fly graphical charts for presenting key data. Beyond
business intelligence, BIE streamlines the workflow process by enabling
users to navigate directly to and perform tasks directly from BIE.
The new Business Insights Dashboard enables users to capture, consolidate
and present key performance indicators (KPIs) in simplified snapshots for
easy analysis. The Dashboard helps managers keep a finger on the pulse of
their entire business with customized, graphical reports displayed on the
user's desktop at startup each work day. Users have the flexibility to
personalize the Dashboard by selecting reports, graphs, the level of detail
and the order in which to view specified information.
Additional "Green" Features
In addition to the paperless office, Sage MAS 90 and 200 support direct
deposit and e-filing tax functions that enable users to reduce paper
consumption and overall office supply costs.
Secure, efficient and environmentally friendly, Sage MAS 90 and 200 direct
deposit features provide the convenience of electronic payroll
disbursements to employees. Direct deposits are routed to specified
financial institutions, conform to NACHA (National Automated Clearing House
Association) standards, plus include an employee self-service viewer for
tracking and validation.
Federal and state governments are requiring more and more businesses to
e-file taxes. However, the sheer volume of the tax forms involved adds
complexity. To help, the new Sage MAS 90 and 200 Federal and State e-Filing
and Reporting module provides customers with more than 250 forms to
streamline reporting on W2s, 1099s, unemployment, withholdings, and new
hires. The new module also supports e-filing of tax forms to help users
save time, money and resources.
