Lappland Goldminers environmental permit, for the Fäboliden gold project, has gained legal force.



Lappland Goldminers environmental permit, for the Fäboliden mine,
process plant and tailing facility, has now gained legal force. This
means, since no additional appeal has been submitted, that the permit
for Fäboliden cannot be further contested.

The permit approved by the Environmental court was, with minor
changes, approved by the Supreme Environmental Court of Appeals,
