The board of Nordea has proposed that an Extra General Meeting (EGM), on March 12, 2009, approves a rights issue where the number of ordinary shares to be issued and the subscription price will be decided by the board at latest March 11, 2009. The scheduled record date is March 17, 2009. Provided that the EGM approves the proposed rights issue, NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in Nordea as well as the OMXS30 index.
